The following data/documents are required for filing a UTILITY MODEL application in Moldova

In case of a convention application:

• Name(s) and address(es) of the author(s) and the applicants(s);
• Specification of the application (including description, the claims and an abstract);
• Drawings (if needed and if they are referred to in the specification);
• Power of Attorney duly executed by the applicant(s) with indication of the Position/Title and the name of the undersigned (no notarization or legalization required);
• Certified copy of the first application(s).

Note:

• When claiming Convention priority in Moldova the Moldavian convention application should be filed at the Moldavian Patent Office within 12 months after the filing date of the first application in a State - party to the Paris Convention

In case of entering the national phase of a PCT application as a utility model application:

• All documents of PCT application as published including specification, claims, abstract, and drawings; filing date(s) and serial number(s) of the Priority application(s); full name and address of the Applicant; full name(s) and address(es) of the inventor(s);
• Power of Attorney.

Note:

• PCT applications shall enter the National Phase in Moldova within 31 months from the priority date
