The Patent System of Ukraine

The Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property (Ukrpatent) is a state enterprise governed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and subordinated to the State Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
