• 1 print of the mark if it has to be applied in black and white, or 12 prints, if in color;
• Applicant's exact name and address;
• Exact list of goods and services, preferably according to the 8th edition of the International Classification;
• Power of Attorney simply signed on behalf of the applicant with indication of the full name and position of the signatory; neither legalization nor notarization is required. The original Power of Attorney may be submitted within two months after the filing date.
• Priority application No. and priority date, if the Convention priority is claimed;
• Priority document, if any (may be submitted within 3 months from the filing date, subject to late filing expenses).
