The following data/documents are required for filing an TRADEMARK application in Armenia:
  • 1 print of the mark if it has to be applied in black and white, or 10 prints, if in color (electronic format is acceptable);
  • Applicant's full name and address;
  • Exact list of goods and services, preferably according to the 8th edition of the International Classification;
  • Power of attorney signed on behalf of the applicant with indication of the full name and position of the signatory and certified with a stamp, or notarized;
  • Priority application No. and priority date, if the Convention priority is claimed (this information may be submitted within 2 months from the filing date);
  • Priority document, if any (may be submitted within 3 months from the filing date, subject to late filing expenses).
