RUSSIA

Ilya LIAPUNOV

The Executive Director and the Chief of Trademark Department at Liapunov & Co., MRSC, Russian Patent Attorney, Reg. No. 341.

Having graduated from St. Petersburg Institute of Finance and Economy and the Central Patent Institute Ilya began his career as an expert in Trademark and Design Department of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office where he gained valuable experience in prosecution and enforcement of trademarks, also in litigation matters both in the Russian Federation and abroad. Ilya is currently completing a Master of Law at Saint Petersburg State University.

Tatyana KULIKOVA

Russian Patent attorney, Reg. No. 1018 Tatyana focuses her practice on IP law and litigations issues. She consults the clients on constructing licenses and other types of agreements relating to intellectual property, domain name disputes, trademarks, copyright law, unfair competition issues. She is a graduate of the St. Petersburg State University, with a a Master's degree in International relations as well as in Law. She speaks English and German.

Anna REZNICHENKO

Russian Patent attorney, Reg. No. 1248. Anna graduated from the Leningrad Sate University named after A.S. Pushkin with a Master's degree in linguistics and, as a second diploma, with a Master's degree in Law. Anna has recently taken a professional training in one of the patent companies in Germany, where she was learning the particulars of litigating IP objects, as well as the registration procedure thereof. Anna speaks English and German. She joined Liapunov & Co. in 2004 as an Assistant Trademark Attorney.

Evgeny ILMER

ILMER Evgeny graduated from the Power Generating Machinery Department of the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 1988 with a Master's Degree. He specialized in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, nuclear power generation, heat transfer, Automatic Control Systems and telecommunications. For many years Evgeny had been a practical engineer in the power generation industry. His second Master's Degree in linguistics (English and French) Evgeny took at the St. Petersburg State University with getting extra training in UK. He joined "Liapunov & Co." in 2002 and currently specializes in inventions, utility models and Industrial Designs.

Aleksei PANTELEEV

Aleksei graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (department of radio electronic control systems). During the postgraduate courses Aleksei worked as a research engineer in the field of magnetic levitation. He joined "Liapunov & Co." in 2004 and currently specializes in inventions, utility models and Industrial Designs.

Yulia KUZNETSOVA

Yulia has graduated from the St.-Petersburg Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy. She specialized in the field of drug manufacture and biotechnology. Yulia is a Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney. She joined Liapunov&Co. in 2005 and currently specializes in inventions, including representing interests of clients in the Chamber of Patent Disputes of the Rospatent and courts.

Kirill OSIPOV

Kirill graduated from Saint Petersburg State University (Faculty of Biology and Soil Science, Department of Genetics and Breeding) with a Master's degree. He specialized in the fields of biotechnology, genetic engineering, microbiology, biochemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry. Having worked at the SPSU, Kirill has written several scientific articles. He speaks English. In 2005 Kirill worked in Department of the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer in SPSU. In 2006 Kirill completed the course "Intellectual Property Foundations" of WIPO's World-wide Academy. He joined "Liapunov & Co." in 2006 and currently specializes in inventions. Kirill currently studies in State University "Higher School of Economics" (Faculty of Law).

Arseny KHARIN

Arseny graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University (faculty of biology and soil science, department of embryology) with a Master's degree. In the University Arseny specialized in cell biology, biotechnology, biochemistry and organic chemistry. He conducted research work in the field of stem cells biology and regeneration. He joined "Liapunov & Co." in 2006 as an assistant of patent attorney.

Inna IVANOVA

Having graduated from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute of Communications and later, with the second diploma, from the Higher Economic School, she worked as an engineer in the Institute of Power Instrument Engineering. Before joining our company, she developed her professional skills as a chief accountant in the famous advertising agency in St. Petersburg. Now she is working as a chief accountant in our company and manages the accounting department. Inna also consults our clients on financial matters connected with use of IP objects. She also possesses good knowledge of taxation matters. Working in the financial sphere for more than ten years she has gained the valuable experience and deep professional knowledge that serve our growing needs perfectly.

Bairta ZAZDRAVNYKH

Bairta graduated from the Pyatigorsk Sate Linguistic University with a Master's degree in English language and psychology in 2003. Bairta speaks English. She joined Liapunov & Co. in 2005 as an Assistant Patent Attorney and in 2006 as an Assistant Trademark Attorney.

Daria PETTUS

Daria is a graduate of the Tula State University Department of Arts with a Master's degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication. She speaks English and French. Daria joined Liapunov & Co. in 2007 as an Assistant Trademark Attorney.

Nadezhda BURE

Nadezhda graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (Radio Engineering Department) with a Master's degree. Her second Master's Degree in linguistics (English and French) Nadezhda took at the Metropolitan Institute of Interpreters and Translators in Moscow. Nadezhda speaks English. She joined Liapunov & Co. in 2008 as a Patent Attorney Assistant.

Victoria BESSARABOVA

Victoria graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Culture and Art with a Master's degree in application informatics in management. Victoria speaks English. She joined Liapunov & Co. in 2006 as an Assistant Trademark Attorney.

Yuri TORSHIN

Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Chuvash Teachers’ Training University in 2006 and has degrees in Intercultural communication and English language teaching. Started his career as an Assistant Patent Attorney in the department of inventions of the company “Liapunov & Co.” in 2006. In 2007 shifted to the Trademarks Department, where he holds a position of the Assistant Trademark Attorney up to the present day. Yuri speaks English fluently, and has basic knowledge of French.

Tatyana CHERVINA

Graduated from the faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology of Tyumen State University with a Master's degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication in 2003. She speaks French and English. She joined "Liapunov & Co." in 2006 as a Patent Attorney Assistant.

UKRAINE

Nataliya PAVLOVYCH

She is a director of Ukrainian office “Liapunov & Co.” in Kiev. Patent Attorney of Ukraine (registered number 195). Nataliya is a graduated specialist from Kiev National University by T.Shevchenko with a diploma of biologist-virologist and a diploma of lawyer; she has also graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic University with a qualification of manager - marketing specialist in intellectual property area. Nataliya has an experience in the field of intellectual property objects’ protection since 1993, specializing in patenting of invention in the biotechnology and chemistry area, registration and protection of trademarks for goods and services, industrial designs, copyright. She has also obtained big experience in litigation and prosecution at Board of Appeals and judicial authorities. Nataliya fluently speaks English and French, has a Certificate of Oxford University in foreign languages.

Irina NYKONENKO

Iryna Nykonenko graduated from International Law and Jurisprudence Department of the Ukrainian academy of foreign trade in 2007. At the same year she joined patent firm Liapunov & Co. as a Trademark Attorney Assistant and currently specializes in the aspects of trademark registration and protection and also in preparation of legal proceedings. Iryna has working knowledge in English.

Irina SHEIKO

Iryna has graduated from Natural Sciences Department (with a specialization of chemistry and biology) and the Foreign Languages Department (with a specialization in English) of Nezhin State University by N.V. Hohol. She speaks fluently English and has working knowledge in French. She joined Liapunov & Co. in 2005 and currently specializes in Inventions, Utility Models and Industrial Designs.
