The Patent System of Moldova

The State Agency on Intellectual Property (further - Agency) of the Republic of Moldova was created on the basis of item 163 of the Code regarding Science and Innovation and Decisions of the Government ь 1016 from September 13, 2004 "About creation of the State enterprise" The State Agency under the intellectual property" by merging of the State enterprise "the State Agency on Industrial Property Protection" and "the State Agency On Copyright" as well as it became their assignee.
