The following data/documents are required for filing an industrial design application in Russia:1. Title of the Design, brief description of the product and its purpose;
2. Name and address of the author(s) and applicant(s);
3. Set of photos/drawings in as many views as needed to display all essential features of an industrial design (preferably a view in perspective, the front view, back view, side views, top and bottom views);
4. Power of Attorney (no notarization or legalization required).
5. In case of claiming priority - number, date and country of the priority application and a certified copy of the priority application.
When claiming a Convention priority the convention application should be filed within 6 months after the filing date of the first application in a State - party to the Paris Convention.
